It's very nice to meet you! Welcome to my little corner of the geeksphere! Don't mind the large 11lb cat running around, she's harmless I promise. :-)
I'm a 24 year old newlywed with a WONDERFUL husband and a crazy cat, living in a new house, in a new city and just trying to find my little place in the world. I have a degree in both Theater and Photography from Milligan College and I'm attempting to break into the world of wedding photography.
If you haven't guessed it yet I'm one of those rare breed of female geeks; we can still be girly (and crafty in my case) but watch out when mentioning things like The Lord of the Rings around us, we get a crazy gleam in our eyes.
I can pretty much geek out about anything, except Twilight...don't go there...
Some of my favorites include: The Lord of the Rings, Narnia, Harry Potter, Broadway Musicals, Disney, Victorian literature, Impressionist Painters, Photography, and all things floral!

There is usually too much blood in my coffee system.
I love superheros, Robin and Batman are my favorites.
I have a weakness for roses.
I'm not overly girly but there are some dresses that will make me squee.
The QueenBee Geek was actually a nickname I had in college.
I'm a hopeless romantic despite not liking chick flicks.
I still cry in Disney movies....Tangled anyone?
I love a good, steaming cup of tea.
There are few things in this world as wonderful as a cup of hot tea in one hand, a good book in the other and a warm cat in your lap.
